Lowell Regional Transit Authority 500KW Rooftop Array

Ostrow Electric of Worcester Massachusetts recently completed the installation of over 1900 American Choice Solar 250 watt monocrystalline photovoltaic modules. The modules are mounted on IronRidge XRS rail which is attached to the LRTA’s steel roof with S-5! clamps. A Solectria SGI-500kw inverter rounds out the install. All of the equipment was provisioned by Renewable Sales of Holliston MA. The array is expected to generate over 489,700 kilowatt hours of electricity every year for an annual savings of $85,000.

Renewable Sales, parent company of American Choice Solar has been chosen by the production team at This Old House the long running (32 years) PBS home improvement television show.
The subject home is on the beach in Barrington Rhode Island and will feature a 2500 watt PV array with American Choice Solar 250 watt monocrystalline pv modules.

Beverly MA High School 82KW Rooftop Array

The City of Beverly MA recently built a new high school in town and installed 340 American Choice Solar 250 watt monocrystalline photovoltaic modules. The modules are mounted on Rayport ballasted roof mounts. A Solectria 82 KW inverter completes the system.
